Would
you like to get your package earlier?
Then
upload a proper invoice!
A
proper invoice should contain the following:
Invoice
Number/Order Number.
Seller’s
Name.
Buyer’s
Name and Address.
Date of
Purchase.
Product
Description. This should include:
number of
items purchased;
cost per
item; and
total item
cost.
Total Amount
Charged. This should include:
tax amount;
any
discounts; and
shipping
costs.
See sample
invoices below.
Proper invoices are required by Customs. Customs will hold/suspend
packages which do not have a proper invoice, which will result in
lengthy delays. This is out of Ship To Cayman's control, but is
avoidable if proper invoices are submitted to Ship To Cayman. Ship
To Cayman reserves the right to hold packages in the Florida location
pending receipt of proper invoices.
